So this year I got into silk scarves and let me just say, I fell in love. They are such a creative and inexpensive way to freshen up your outfit. Silk scarves have become a wardrobe staple for me. I’ve worn them a few different ways. Now I’m here to show you 5 ways to wear a silk scarf like a pro.

As a necktie

This is the classic way to wear a silk scarf and it never fails. To get this look, fold your scarf into a triangle, tie it around your neck and let the ends fall to the front.

Around your belt loop

Tie a silk scarf around one or two of your belt loops. Or use it just like a belt. This goes especially well with high waisted jeans.

Tie a silk scarf around the sleeve of your bag to spice it up a bit.
